Junior Training Coordinator, MasterCard Academy Europe

Mastercard Academy is Europe€™s longest standing provider of payments-orientated education and training, helping Mastercard€™s customers understand a wide range of key topics across the payments value chain, ranging from products to business, technical operations, fraud & risk management, acquiring, as well as new digital and mobile technologies.

The Academy€™s offering is delivered over 50 markets and to over 1,200 organizations each year throughout Europe, either through face-to-face training or using its remote learning platform €“ Academy on the Web - AOW. The success of the Academy has been built on the ability to offer the right training solutions to meet our customers ever changing needs, ensuring high quality at a competitive price.

The Academy is evolving and implementing its new strategy to widen our core training offering. Academy is creating exciting new education content, which focuses in particular on industry, business, and digital technology sectors.

You will contribute actively to the success of the new Academy by providing our customers with the best support possible relative to: training session coordination, administrative support and post-event follow-up. You will play a significant role in the coordination of on-demand, open-enrolment and AOW training programs that form part of the Mastercard Academy portfolio.

Specifically, you will€¦:

-Act as point of contact and follow-up with internal stakeholders to ensure that trainers and learning material are adequately prepared

-Perform needs-analysis identification meetings with customers and trainers to ensure relevant content is created

-Follow-up with trainers to maintain training material that will be used during sessions

-Update and manage Academy website

-Perform administrative tasks relative to the training sessions, including:

Participant list maintenance

Seminar/webinar logistics management

Consolidation of participant feedback

Preparation, formatting and consistency review of training material prior to each training session

Billing, reporting, cost management follow-up and monitoring for each training session

Preparation of client proposals for on-demand trainings, support negotiation with clients and ensure proper execution of the resulting training arrangements end-to-end

Support the maintenance of AOW, including updating of course content, interactive elements, online quizzes, and evaluations

-Perform T&E expense submission for 2 SVPs and 4 VPs; in addition perform travel management tasks as a backup when required

-Solid project management skills, with the ability to handle a wide variety of administrative duties

-Basic experience with Learning Management Systems preferred

-Ability to multitask effectively

-Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail

-Customer centric approach

-Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
