This Product Management function is a global role within the EMV & Digital Devices team in Enterprise Security Solutions group. This role requires deep product management experience necessary to translate market requirements into specific commercial requirements, creating and managing a product roadmap, managing the product lifecycle and engaging with customers, industry partners, as well as internal stakeholders. The role also requires a good understanding of mobile payments, the market and the technologies.

Define the Next Generation of MasterCard acceptance terminal platform, M/Chip card and mobile applications Integrate the new technologies and the latest functionalities and security requirements into existing device and terminals solutions
Develop the strategic product plan and use it to deliver new product releases addressing customer needs, market trends and to achieve competitive advantage
Provide subject matter expertise in acceptance solutions and contactless payments and build advocacy for EMV & Digital Devices products across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with project management, technology, deployment and certification teams to ensure new product versions are released on time.
Create product messaging and communications materials to be used for internal and external marketing of the product including product training.
Leads the interface with technical teams who will translate product requirements into technical specifications ensuring mutual understanding and minimizing time to market
Work with legal department to define product licensing rules and manage the licensing process of Issuers, vendors and wallet providers.
Identify key partnerships and lead negotiations to ensure advantageous positioning for MasterCard. Negotiate agreements, commitments, and manage relationship specific to digital with key partners.
All About You
Demonstrated experience in product management in a hi-tech environment
Experience in applying product management tools and frameworks (such as the PME) is a strong asset
Comfortable articulating a value proposition
Product marketing skills and ability to interact in both technical and business environments
Deep knowledge of acceptance solutions, EMV, contactless & mobile products, e/m-commerce, payments industry and transaction processing
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal communication, comfortable presenting, influencing and negotiating at senior management level as well as for audiences from different business disciplines and of varying technical ability.
A proven track record of successful execution and driving tangible results
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, handling complex tasks and projects without day to day supervision
Strong work ethic and highly organized, holding self and others to high standards, able to work autonomously and as part of a team, fostering a positive team culture in line with Mastercard values of trust, partnership, agility and initiative.
