Associate Analyst (Rosetta/First employment contract)- Product Management - Innovation and Partnerships, Europe
This position will work across the Innovation, Partnerships and Labs team with a focus on insights and data to support the expansion of our efforts in X-Pays, wearables, broader IoT strategy and Labs projects across Europe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping our team to understand, quantify and expand opportunities across this space. Core focus areas will be to provide and present:
- Standardised data reporting
o Weekly/monthly reports showing transaction volume at a product and country level, including volume per token
- Sales support
o Data and insights, including case studies to highlight success stories which can be used by account managers to increase value to customers, and also for future RFP wins
- Communications support
o Data and insights to help create “stories” for both internal and external communications/PR opportunities
- Product insights
o Data and insights, including consumer/customer research studies, to help inform decision making for future business opportunities including Labs R+D projects, IoT and XPays
Experience and education:
Is Eligible for a First employment/Rosetta contract (max 26 years old at the end of the 2y contract)
Has a university degree ideally in data and analytics
Has a good knowledge of data and reporting tools
Experience in developing insights framework and developing automated reports
Understanding of how to devise consumer/customer research studies
Ability to create compelling data-driven stories and present them to a diverse audience
Fluent in English, any other language an asset
Team player and capability to manage multiple stakeholders
