Job Title

Associate Analyst - Franchise Europe (Rosetta Plan/First Employment contract)

OVERVIEW

• Responsible for providing global or regional thought leadership and driving process improvements/enhancements around franchise life cycle management (eg, registration, onboarding, ongoing support/maintenance, licensing, etc) to support positive customer experience and business growth

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs assignments that support on-boarding customers, registration, and responds to ad-hoc customer requests on routine issues (e.g., customer name changes, etc.)

• Responsible for customer administration, such as managing common mailbox, tracking projects and billing, and generating administrative reports

• May assist in customer training and education initiatives by preparing communications and materials, etc.

• Interacts with corporate and business units (e.g., Legal, AML, Customer Risk, etc.) and customer delivery team to provide support to customers

EXPERIENCE

• Eligible for a Rosetta/First Employment contract

• Exposure to working in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment

• Obtained a broad understanding of the key standards and polices that apply to Mastercard's customers

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in order to meet project constraints (e.g., budget, deadlines, etc.).

• Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact cooperatively in a team environment

• Demonstrated initiative in understanding how to identify resources and tools for day-to-day work
