Mastercard Payment Transaction Services (MPTS) Europe is a fully Mastercard owned processing asset, a brand agnostic payment processing company. The company was founded in 2008 with initial focus on the Polish market. It is located in Warsaw, Poland. Over the past few years MPTS Europe has developed its business and expanded into other EU countries. We offer comprehensive payment solutions to banks, financial institutions and non-traditional issuers (i.e. FinTech, retailers). We drive innovation in the area of card processing covering both physical and digital space.

According to the Company’s development are looking for experienced Director, Project Management

About the role:

•Monitors, coaches and develops Project Management Team;

•Project portfolio management and development of project management methodology;

•Responsibility for the integrated tracking of the project management portfolio, ensure timely delivery and escalating issues

•Ensures proper allocation of resources, individual project profitability and high Client satisfaction

•Manage the communication process within the team;

•Support sales process;

•Analysis of customer requirements and leading the project implementation:

o In accordance with the methodology,

oIn accordance with the agreed schedule,

oAccording to the agreed budget.

•Post-implementation maintenance of operational and business relationship with the Client;

All About You:

•Few years of experience in people managing

•Few years of experience in managing complex IT integration project

•Excellent knowledge about project management methodologies (PMI or Prince2)

•Knowledge about Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

•Experience in Portfolio Project Management and Capacity Management

•Analytical Skills

•High communication skills (reporting to senior managers)

•Fluent in English and Polish (writing, speaking)

•Experience in management of customer needs

•Pro customer approach
