Product Leader, Product Account Support & Deployment
Mastercard Loyalty Solutions is a leading provider of loyalty and rewards services to merchants and financial institutions across the Asia Pacific region. We are Asia Pacifics leading rewards program manager, with a growing footprint across the region into key markets such as Hong Kong, India, Taiwan, Japan and Australia. Our customer base includes financial institutions and large merchants.
The Product Management team leads and coordinates the In-Market product strategy, product roadmaps and priorities including cross product integration.
Based in Hong Kong the role works closely with regional Loyalty Solutions product teams, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan & Korea Division business development teams to understand issuer, acquirer, merchant, and consumer needs. Close collaboration with Business Development Customer Delivery and Operations is required to help define and drive execution of go-to-market strategies for the Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan & Korea Division
This position involves documenting business requirements, configuring system components delivered by MCT, and performing testing functions for all issuer, product and infrastructure projects, ensuring consistency in delivery and lowering development costs.
Can you demonstrate strategic thinking and how that applies to program management disciplines?
Do you have a proven track record in IT, Program Management and/or operations?
Work closely with divisional and regional teams to identify, execute enhancements to product constructs to drive additional revenue whilst monitoring product performance metrics at all stages of the product life cycle.
Develop planning & reporting tools to support development of product enhancements
Provide support to business development and customer facing teams with communication and training on product functionality and enhancements.
Oversee and manage delivery methods and tools for business requirements definition, for new implementations, enhancements, internal infrastructure projects and product development work.
Ensure that both internal and external Service Providers adhere to MCLS data exchange procedures and protocols.
Manage the audit process, insuring compliance to any guidelines.
Engage in idea generation for enhancements to existing products, concept validation, business case development, and in some instances financial modeling and planning of these enhancements
All About You
Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred
Knowledge of the marketplace and clients needs
Expert experience in one or more of the following areas and/or functions:
Bankcards & Payments
Complex Program Management - Extensive expertise in implementing complex projects across organizational boundaries, many cultures and stays aligned to expected outcomes.
Technical Expertise In depth understanding of technical systems, their interfaces and their effective use.
Effective Communication Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate to many audiences from technical resources to client marketing leads.
Training and Mentoring Demonstrated strength in the professional development of a technical team for the delivery of technology solutions.
