Job Title

Training Management, Specialist


• Provide support in the creation of collaterals, education and communication with regional teams in training and marketing-related activities.

• Partner internally with Customer Delivery teams, and cross-functional teams i.e. Product, O&T, HR, Learning and Development (L&D) and Business Development to create and manage trainers, content, schedules and training sessions.

• Support team in monitoring performance and contribute to identifying improvements and efficiencies


• Mastercard Academy training and marketing activities – creation of collaterals, education and communication with regional teams

• Creation, update and management of (i) New programs and initiatives and (ii) Mastercard Academy website

• Create, develop, track and manage Mastercard Academy training schedule/calendar – topics, trainers, presentation materials in collaboration with the cross-functional teams/trainers

• Logistics and Administrative management of Mastercard Academy training sessions (F2F and live/recorded webinars) i.e. arrangement, website, registration, printing etc.

• Assist with monthly billing activities

• Work with team and managers to generate on-going analysis, reports and dashboards.

• Provide training sessions via AOW i.e. monthly announcements (as and when required)


• Working experience in Marketing.

• Ability to work and develop initiatives independently

• Good teamwork skills, adaptable and strong attention to details.

• Strong communication skills, networking ability and inter-personal skills

• Good organization and planning skills

• Advanced Microsoft Power Point – creativity and writing skills
