Job Title

Regional Product Manager

Overview

Objective: To help SessionM scale in each region, accelerate in year revenue, sales enablement, commercialization of bundles and synergy revenue

Role: Regional product manager aligned with MA vision and focused on activities that support SessionM unique needs including integration into MA

The roles serve as a bridge between AP regional stakeholder (Client, Sales & Delivery) and global product team to provide product vision, sales enablement, and market entry support for AP region. At the same time, the role will collect market insights and influence the product roadmap that reflects the market needs in AP region.

Responsibilities

• Regional product management and GTM strategy

 Scales product through planning and execution of regional GTM

 Responsible for achievement of in-year and multi-year revenue targets.

 Serve as product ‘ambassador’ by driving thought leadership agenda - articulating strategy, innovation roadmap and value proposition in industry, customer and internal forums.

 Evangelize products with regional leadership

 Responsible for launching, expanding use and optimizing SessionM solutions across the region.

 Identify product/solution roadmaps for stand-alone services and integrated solutions across spectrum of SessionM and Mastercard offerings.

 Align with marketing on regional plans

 Engage Customers and provide Product Leadership and Customer Enablement within the region

 Lead new market entry strategy and execution

• Product Development

 Product development unique to a market/region, incl. co-creation with P&I and C&I

 Provide product feedback to global and manage the overall feature development intake process

 Capture market needs by leveraging data insights, voice of the customer and monitoring trends and market conditions for current and new products.

 Develop and maintain ongoing assessment of competitive landscape to inform sales strategy and future product roadmap.

 Serve as the primary communication channel on feature enhancement and prioritization between the global product team and the regional sales and delivery team on

• Sales Support/Enablement:

 Identify and prioritize new and existing customer opportunities to broaden the reach of SessionM solutions.

 Serve as SessioinM subject matter expert and support advanced sales opportunities as-needed

 Create and deliver sales content and training

 Support RFPs, PCWs, and SOWs as needed

 Support on partnerships and market-wide initiatives

• P&L Management:

 Strategizing on achieving in year revenue

All About You

• Strong product management background preferably in Marketing Technology space

• Passion for technology, strong personal interest in marketing technology landscape

• Experienced in content development related to technology product enablement

• Strong technical exposure, ability to translate user requirements into technical requirements documentation.

• Exposure in technical pre-sales, solution or system architect role would be a plus.
