The Mastercard Launch program is aimed at early career talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Over a period of 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on the job experience. Successful candidates will be assigned to a business unit within International Markets and rotate for a duration of 2 x 9 months each for a total of 18 months.


The Product Delivery Processing team is responsible for the market readiness, enablement and deployment of the following products across Asia Pacific:

• Commercial Payments

• Mastercard Prepaid Management System (MPMS)

• Loyalty Program Management

You will assist the team in supporting projects, market readiness assessments, enhancing training materials based on new product propositions and customer feedback.

Assists the team in supporting existing, new and upcoming processing projects, with the aim of gaining subject matter expertise on any one or two products in the processing landscape.

• Support complex implementation projects in the processing product landscape along with the team across AP

• Support the extraction and preparation of the monthly team dashboards

• Assist in tracking, monitoring, documenting projects and perform follow-ups with external and internal stakeholders

• Assist in the upkeep of Delivery documentation in Confluence

• Participate in GCD initiatives

• Assist in internal trainings and sessions

• Opportunity to understand Mastercard products and delivery models by working with project leads on multiple processing Closely work with subject matter experts in Delivery while assisting in market readiness assessments

• Graduating seniors - Class of 2022

• Students pursuing a Masters/bachelor’s degree (all majors welcome to apply)

Key Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of 4-party model as it relates to Mastercard’s business

• Some exposure to payment processing concepts with regards to Issuing and Acquiring – will help intern better support and gain a better understanding of the products

• Intermediate to advanced Powerpoint skills

• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills

• Detail oriented and articulate

• Collaborative and team player

Experience and Skills required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent analytical skills

• Ability to work on a team and independently

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Attention to detail


• English required

• Additional languages a plus
