The Mastercard Launch program is aimed at early career talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Over a period of 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on the job experience. Successful candidates will be assigned to a business unit within International Markets and rotate for a duration of 2 x 9 months each for a total of 18 months.

Role:

Services encompass offerings beyond the transaction. We provide customers across industries and geographies with a tailored portfolio of solutions to address their business pain points. By harnessing the power of our real-time, anonymized and aggregated transaction data, powerful software platforms and wealth of expertise, we empower customers to unlock a holistic view of consumer behavior beyond their four walls, distill actionable insights and make more data-driven decisions. With compelling offerings for financial institutions, retailers, telecommunications organizations, travel companies and more, our services drive efficiency and value and enable our customers to solve business problems from end to end.

This role will require skills to:

• Enhances sales effectiveness for Services in APAC ensuring up-to-date content

• Develop activities to enhance team engagement across Services, including those who are based out of Singapore and in Divisions

• Supports development of internal knowledge documents such as case studies and industry best practices

All about you:

Education:

• Graduating seniors - Class of 2021

• Students pursuing a Masters/bachelor’s degree (all majors welcome to apply)

Key Competencies:

• Excellent problem solving, product documentation, and project management skills.

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers

• Ability to influence people at multiple levels and navigate a global, decentralized organization

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to develop creative solutions for customer needs across multiple products and services.

• Experience and Skills needed:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent analytical skills

• Ability to work on a team and independently

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Attention to detail

Languages:

• English required

• Relevant language skills a plus
