Job Title

VP Product Management - Identity Services

Reporting to the SVP, Identity Products, the VP of Product Management will manage both short- and long- term strategic initiatives for developing and commercializing existing NuData products, including hybrid products combining the existing capabilities with other technologies across broader Mastercard product landscape. As a key member of the Identity team, they will lead a consolidated approach to managing product evolution, establishing go-to-market strategy, optimizing products and resources, implementing incremental improvements within the product life cycles, conducting ongoing care and maintenance, and managing product P&L’s.

Role

• Responsible, in conjunction with business owners, for overall product financial performance including P&L

• Lead a suite of products and leverage cross-functional teams to drive product strategy

• Acts as an expert, advocate and champion for designated products to internal and external stakeholders

• Lead development of product pricing strategies

• Advise, influence and support communication and marketing efforts, and oversee the development of training and other product support materials

• Lead broad commercialization initiatives including establishment of go to market approaches and key performance indicators for products, setting objectives in partnership with Mastercard regions, and driving commercial plans to ensure success

• Identify, evaluate and prioritize business cases for new business and product opportunities, and build business models to improve Mastercard's footprint and competitiveness

• Head 'Life Cycle management' of critical product opportunities including conceptualization, enhancement, launch and continued evaluation

• Coordinate the development of differentiated products to meet the current and emerging needs of MasterCard customers and the market

All About You

• Experience and expertise in the Identity industry•

• Experience translating and applying customer feedback to lead product offering adjustment strategies

• Experience setting direction for go-to-market plans and leveraging market insights to differentiate from competitors

• Extensive experience with product management methodologies, knowledge of the Mastercard Studio process is preferred

• Experience initiating and managing investigations of product/business risks and concerns

• Have created and delivered presentations to internal or external stakeholders

• Experience working and building impactful relationships with cross functional stakeholders
