Senior Analyst, Customer Delivery €“ NuData Solutions Architect


Mastercard€™s Enterprise Security Solutions organization develops and delivers world-class security products and services for customers across the globe. At NuData, we offer a real-time product that analyzes user activity to detect and mitigate industrial-scale attacks from hackers on user logins, account creation, purchases and other transactional placements. We solve real world security challenges and mitigate threats for some of the largest technology, eCommerce, and financial institutions in the world, including members in the top 5 of the Fortune 500.

As a Solutions Architect, you will own the technical artifacts, model improvements, and proposals driving our customer solutions and engagements. Reporting to the Director, Customer Delivery €“ NuData Customer Success, you will be responsible for working with the Integration Lead, Sales team and other key stakeholders to identify success criteria, requirements and ensure that delivery maximizes customer value.

This role is a Post-Sales role; it does not involve a sales function. It is a permanent, full-time position, with limited travel required from our Vancouver office.

Are you comfortable joining calls or meetings, quickly learning the essentials of what customers are trying to accomplish, navigating social and technical challenges while plotting out clear solutions?

Do you have experience in owning documentation, proposal writing, integration guides, and solution documents?


Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all business and technology levels.

Identify product improvements, features, opportunities to maximize value and expand NuDetect's reach within the customer€™s environment.

Own SOWs, technical artifacts and requirements gathering related to client solutions, model improvements, and new features.

Validate requirements following onboarding and project completion.

Develop and maintain expertise in NuData products and identity / risk management solutions.

All About You

Real world experience with SaaS based web/mobile risk or payment platforms.

High level knowledge and understanding of web applications (multi-tier web apps, databases, cookies/session, HTTP get/post, RESTful API calls, web sessions, JavaScript, XML).

Effective communication skills. Ability to take complex topics and break them down for others;

Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly identify root concerns and address them;

Exceptional social and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders from any background;

Previous experience helping others understand problems, understanding the bigger picture, and influencing their decisions in a way that helps them arrive at positive outcomes;


Previous experience in the security, finance, or e-commerce industries.

Prior experience as a developer in web and native mobile development contexts.

Proven track record of leading projects, taking ownership and driving delivery.
