Lead Integration Engineer - NuData Security
Mastercard’s Cyber & Intelligence Solutions organization develops and delivers world-class security products and services for customers across the globe. At NuData, we offer a real-time product that analyzes user activity to detect and mitigate industrial-scale attacks from hackers on user logins, account creation, purchases and other transactional placements. We solve real world security challenges and mitigate threats for some of the largest technology, eCommerce, and financial institutions in the world, including members in the top 5 of the Fortune 500.
In a customer-facing environment, lead implementations while supporting both technical and non-technical stakeholders from NuData and our customers. You will be responsible for delivering standard through complex implementation activities ensuring quality and reliability of the implementations.
Acting as central point of contact and subject matter expert for customers and/or the internal NuData team throughout implementation and project end-to-end execution.
Assessing and documenting customer needs and reviewing implementation impacts on customers’ and NuData's systems and platforms.
Acting as implementation advisor, to customers’ support staff and providing guidance to execute all necessary implementation activities.
Executing extensive and comprehensive initial end-to-end system impact analyses.
Handling multiple key customer implementation projects in parallel, including varying customers in different markets, supporting different services / products.
Defining, creating, maintaining, and documenting standard and non-standard key customer processing implementation processes.
Acting as a mentor / resource for other integration engineers on the team.
Ensuring integration criteria are aligned with the customer's business and success objectives.
Knowledge / Experience:
Superior knowledge of industry and business principles, including NuData's product offerings and core use-cases.
Strong technical knowledge across web and native mobile domains.
Two-to-three years of “Information Technology” system knowledge, with strong understanding of network technology, applications, and project management.
Skills / Abilities:
Ability to interact well with the customer, Sr. and Executive management
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to leverage these skills in a teaching environment; Ability to communicate clearly, secure positive outcomes, and break down complex topics
Self Starter with ability to work independently
Strong project management skills
Ability to drive change in a technical work environment
Ability to lead matrix organizations and cross functional teams
Previous experience leading customer engagements, troubleshooting, and identifying technical solutions
Experienced in multiple programming languages and frameworks across web and native mobile platforms
Proven track record of leading projects, taking ownership and driving delivery.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Grafana for server-based software components
