Overview

The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

Role

 Collaborating with a dynamic and growing team, you will work with our largest and most important Canadian banks to outline, design and help deliver data-driven consulting, marketing and innovation projects to advance their strategies

 You will collaborate with Mastercard’s dedicated account teams to align on the key priorities for each bank and you will interact directly with the bank’s management team

 Through this role you will rapidly develop an expertise in all facets of retail payments from loyalty strategies to innovation management, card operations, digital and mobile payments, artificial intelligence, digitization and automation, data and analytics and card marketing to name a few

All About You

 If you are intrigued by payments and enjoy thinking strategically, rolling up your sleeves and changing the way Canadian’s pay, this role is for you

 Minimum of ten years work experience, of which three to five years management consulting experience or similar

 Exposure to retail banking and payments is preferred

 An undergraduate degree is required

 Limited day or overnight travel may be required
