The Core Products organization is a highly collaborative team responsible for the product strategies and management of the four Core Products in the Canadian market – Consumer Credit, Debit, Prepaid, and Small Business – as well as Buy Now Pay Later, Open Banking, and Domestic Push Payments.

Role:

• Uses analytical and problem solving skills to provide analyses and solutions that satisfy business needs and inform product strategy development and execution

• Leverages data tools to develop revenue and expense benchmarks and performance trends

• Supports project execution

• Participates in project and team meetings, business forecasting and planning activities

• Assists with creating presentations, proposals and internal business case development

• Works collaboratively across various internal teams to support a variety of business initiatives

• Assists with the development and reporting of regular senior management business updates

• Owns defined projects end-to-end

Qualifications:

• A thirst for constant learning opportunities to bring consistent thought leadership to the team and constant innovative thinking to all plans

• Experience working with internal colleagues across departments and functions, as well as external partners

• Demonstrated success in building relationships and delivering results with internal partners

• Demonstrated success in setting and delivering results on multiple projects, setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communicator that clearly conveys thoughts both written and verbally, listening attentively and asking questions for clarification and understanding

• Interest in, ability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Resilience, tolerance for change/ambiguity: can effectively cope with change, finding ways to advance work and projects

• Strict attention to detail

• Self-motivated, and self-starter

• Current students, graduating seniors - December 2021 or June 2022 graduation dates
