Overview:

Be the right-hand of the President and the pulse of our Canada office!

Are you a dynamic, organized Business Assistant that is energized by working in a fast-paced environment focused on changing the face of payments, building social inclusion and making a difference to our team culture?

Role :

• Responsible for general administrative duties to support the President and day-to-day department operations in areas as scheduling meetings; completing travel arrangements; expense reporting; maintaining management calendar; taking and distributing meeting minutes; screening mail; filing; ordering supplies and maintaining department records.

  • Logistical support for the Mastercard Canada Advisory Board and Office events

• Prepare correspondence; memorandum; reports; presentations or other assigned documentation in specified software package.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining departmental budget.

• Administer programs; projects or processes specific to the operating unit served; and maintains spreadsheets or databases to monitor departmental information.

• May research special topics as assigned.

• Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company.

• Develop and produce reports as assigned.

• May monitor and coordinate work of other employees or temporaries.

  • Be a culture ambassador for our evolving way of working

All About You

• Administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and senior customers.

Education:

• High School education. College degree a plus.

Skills/ Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of department budgets and desk top computer software.
