Airline Support Manager

Overview:

Our Australasia Mastercard Prepaid Management Services organisation is seeking to build a diverse strategic and consultative workforce of world-class relationship managers. We are pursuing a highly motivated individual to manage our Airline accounts in Australia and New Zealand who display strong achievement orientation, intellectual curiosity, openness, resilience, diligence, and the ability to effectively marshal resources. Mastercard Prepaid Management Services provide program management services for consumer and commercial prepaid travel card products including:

oCoordination of program operations and acting as point of contact for the program owning organisation. (eg bank, airline or distribution agent)

oCore prepaid program management including program level design, delivery and ongoing management

oCustomer services for cardholders and customers

oCard products €“ Consumer multi-currency, General purpose, gift cards, corporate travel cards; Cash passport, white labelling or bespoke programs.

The Team:

The regional account team focuses on leading the strategic growth of Prepaid Management Services by leveraging Mastercard€™s strong brand, technology, operations and risk platforms to deliver bottom line results to Mastercard€™s Strategic Partners. This includes optimising existing volume and growing new volume by identifying new initiatives via the development of strategic and operational plans, as well as execution of these to ensure business and financial objectives are achieved.

The individual must work cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Delivery and Operations to help the selling success and ensure customer satisfaction.

The individual will need to have personal ambition and drive and be able to work independently to skillfully manage all components of the business. They will require an in depth knowledge of the business, relationship and stakeholder management and be able to develop trust and credibility with peers, internal and external stakeholders as well as being able to integrate effectively in the One Mastercard ethos.

Role:

The individual will be responsible for leading the strategic growth of our airline partners in Australia and New Zealand. The role includes:

Development of strategic and operational plans, as well as execution of these to ensure business and financial objectives are achieved.

Tracking of the airline business performance vs. business and budget.

Identifying new initiatives to grow future MasterCard (& Customer) revenue.

New business development, including defining new product opportunities, and

interacting will all levels of Customer management.

Work cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Delivery and Operations designed to help your selling success and ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage MasterCard Prepaid Management Services /customer process flow to produce process improvements, cost efficiencies and service excellence. The individual will need to have personal ambition and drive and be able to work independently from close supervision to skillfully manage all components of the business. They will also require an in depth knowledge of the business, relationships and stakeholder management and be able to develop trust and credibility with peers, internal and external stakeholders as well as being able to integrate effectively with other members of the broader MasterCard team.
