User Experience Designer
The Enterprise Security Solutions (ESS) team is responsible for software development of fraud prediction applications, which include mission critical, high volume transaction processing systems, web applications for managing fraud solutions and fraud events, web services for exposing capabilities to external customers, and vendor applications for fraud scoring and business rules management.
The ESS User Experience team for which this position is for, is responsible for the UX design and strategy for the B2B web applications that enable external customers to manage fraud solutions and fraud events.

Design web experiences from initial concept to implementation and launch using Design Thinking methodologies
Run workshops to drive empathy, ideation and prototyping
Conduct user testing, both quantitative and qualitative where needed
Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products
Play a key role to drive forward customer experience strategic efforts
Collaborate closely with Business Owners, Product Managers, and other Designers to create world-class web design
Present recommendations to business stakeholders and technical teams to influence decisions that create the best web design and user experience
All About You
Must possess a thorough understanding of Design Thinking methodologies, and related tools and processes.
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web; strong experience with Sketch is required.
A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and the creative/design process
Ability to lead projects from concept to completion. Apply best practices in user interface and interactive design, including image optimization, user-flows, wireframes, and site mapping
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Proven ability to supervise, train and grow employees
Must be detail-oriented and able to use time management skills to deal with multiple projects and tight timelines
Is passionate, energetic, and possesses an outgoing, upbeat, positive attitude
Must have a web design portfolio of past work to show
