Overview

The Account Management team is looking for a director, acquiring to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

In this client-facing position, you will:

• Delivers against sales and net revenue targets

• Designs strategies, messaging, and proposals for customers

• Analyses the customer’s business through profitability modelling financial forecasting and competitive analysis

• Develops and implements sales plans including business development, marketing, and product management

• Partners with the customer to establish, execute and report progress against annual business plans

• Leads projects and cross-functional initiatives

• Negotiates and executes on the customer agreement process

All About You

The ideal candidate for this position should:

• be expert in securing and coordinating indirect resources across s matrix-based organisations – critical to the success of this role is ensuring that you can source the support required to deliver Mastercard services to the client.

• Must be comfortable and experienced at building and leveraging relationships within financial institutions and must be skilled at cutting through the ‘noise’ to the heart of issues and opportunities, which might be financial, technical, operational, innovation or Business customer specific

• Responsible for all metrics across Business Bank for Merchant Acceptance including Mastercard Network and Mastercard Services.

• Be focused on client and developing profitable outcomes for both parties.

COVID-19 Considerations
