Overview

The Digital Partnerships & Enablers team is looking for an account management Analyst to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the Digital partners, and technology enablers within the payments and merchant landscape, they understand the critical impact of a great consumer experience, are highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role

Responsibilities

• Supports team to deliver against business targets for Mastercard from existing and developing business opportunities

• Participates in business conversations with key decision makers internally and externally

• Manages day to day relationships with key accounts including reporting, meetings and reviews

• Acts as a project manager on small to mid-sized projects

• Uses analytical and problem solving skills to provide analyses and solutions that satisfy business needs and inform strategy development

• Leverages data tools to develop revenue and expense benchmarks and performance trends

• Participates in project and team meetings, business forecasting and planning activities

• Assists with creating sales presentations, proposals and internal business case development

• Works collaboratively across various internal teams to support a variety of business initiatives

• Assists with the development and reporting of regular senior management business updates

Experiences

• Business experience or educational background in in verticals such as financial services, consumer products, consulting, marketing, technology, or communications

COVID-19 Considerations
