Technical Communicator

Overview

The ability to build and operate a payments processing platform in a new market

Represent Mastercard operations & technology interests within region

Viewed as the subject matter expert in your particular field of expertise

Ability to work in a €œstart-up€ environment

Closely liaison with key stakeholders and potential 3rd party resources

Have you ever brought a product to market in an emerging market?

Have you worked in a €œstart-up€ environment from design-build-operate?

What experiences do you have working in a highly regulated environment?

Role

May manage smaller project/initiatives as an experienced individual contributor with specialized knowledge within assigned discipline

Prepares written text and coordinates layout and organization of manuals, forms and other documents according to established standards

Writes and publishes technical content according to established protocols

Supports vendor relationships and financial processing / analysis

All About You

IT experience supporting IT projects

Exposure to writing and publishing technical communications, manuals and documents including establishing content structure and layout of technical documentation/information

Experience with website management

Experience managing internal partnerships and understanding client objectives

Familiar with business and report writing
