Job Title

Software Engineer II

Overview

• Adopts testing practices to drive test coverage and efficiency to continuously enhance service quality and customer experience

• Acts as gate keeper to get the requirements accepted by product owner

• Possesses programming knowledge on Java

Role

  • Supports quality/test strategy creation, testing, and automation

  • Independently generates test data and recognizes test environment preparation needs

  • Participates in team-level or project-level reviews, walkthroughs and inspections;

  • Raises process improvement opportunities, defines and implements simple automation efforts, and documents automated tests

  • Designs and codes test automation for different test phases

  • Oversees and provides technical support to contractor team members

  • Contribute with specialized domain knowledge within assigned discipline on service development

  • Assists in the evaluation of testing tools selection or enhancement

All About You

  • Experience in test automation in Java

  • Familiar with Distributed Service framework

  • Practically work with Java applications and test framework

  • Familiar with common SDLC and practically engaged into Agile framework

  • Able to work under dynamic environment

  • Adequate communication with multi stakeholders is a plus
