  • Business Development creates new opportunities and differentiates Mastercard Products with partners including issuers/acquirers, non-financial institutions, merchants, and payment enablers, etc.

  • The team is seeking strong candidate who will differentiate Mastercard Products.

  • Takes pivotal role in leading differentiation of Mastercard credit, debit, and prepaid product

  • Engages with domestic and offshore merchants and service providers for cardholder value proposition development

  • Develop promotions with overseas and domestic merchants to drive Mastercard usage and preference

  • Accountable for supporting customers with Mastercard assets in launching Mastercard programs

  • Integrity, taking bold initiative, accountability, sense of urgency, and cross functional teamwork capability

  • Consultative sales skills to support high level interactions with partners

  • A proven leader who takes a disciplined approach to deliver financials

  • Strong understanding of financials, business plans and business cases

  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English

  • Experience in product development and B2B sales is preferred

  • BA degree required
