Overview:

The Cyber and Intelligence Solutions team is responsible for product management and innovative product development of products and services to address the evolving risk & cyber security needs of all of MasterCard’s various customer segments. The C&I team was established with the responsibility to safeguard all aspects of safety and security in payments and have made great strides with new products, services and standards, positively impacting all aspects of our current and future payment eco-system.

Ekata, a Mastercard company, is the global standard in identity verification, providing businesses worldwide the ability to link any digital transaction to the human behind it. Our Ekata Identity Engine, the first and only of its kind, uses complex machine learning to combine features derived from the billions of transactions within our proprietary network and the data from our graph to deliver industry leading risk assessment solutions.  

Ekata is looking for a high-performing Senior Channel Marketing Manager - Partnership to join our growing B2B marketing team. This role is based in our Seattle office and will be responsible for supporting our global partnerships teams. We are looking for a seasoned channel/partner marketer who will accelerate pipeline and revenue growth through our partner program. You will work closely with the global Partner team, the global Marketing team, Account Services, Industry SMEs, and the business and marketing contacts at our partners. This will require you to be an extremely strong, effective collaborator and communicator working across key stakeholders to drive outcomes and alignment. In this role you will have to think and act both strategically and tactically and leverage both your analytical and creative talents. The ideal candidate will have a strong POV, be a self-starter, and be comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about being on the ground floor of a growing company initiative.

In this role You will:

  • Own all aspects of marketing strategy for key partners across the globe

  • Help develop and shape the marketing programs and campaigns that we leverage with our global partner ecosystems

  • Build, own and iterate on all aspects of partner marketing including planning, messaging, collateral, campaigns, training, and execution. Develop content to be used on the partner portal. Develop Marketing strategies for different segments of partners

  • Own the marketing relationships with our channel partners’ marketing counterparts to directly influence and drive marketing programs

  • Work with demand generation, product marketing and corporate communications teams to plan and execute partner campaigns, events, co-marketing opportunities and other promotional events

  • Develop and consistently report on partner marketing engagement, enablement, and performance metrics - using tools such Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics, and other data to inform decisions

  • Monitor and manage Marketing budget

All About You:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communication, or equivalent experience

  • Channel marketing experience in a global B2B software or technology environment

  • Experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners

  • Experience presenting campaign ideas and executing marketing initiatives

  • Able to develop marketing strategies and frameworks, but also to drive execution

  • Successful candidates will excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a strong bias for action

  • Project management skills; multi-tasker able to meet deadlines and build stakeholder relationships despite ambiguous or shifting requirements

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear and compelling language

-Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including preparation and delivery of presentations.

  • Sales enablement experience

  • Up to 35% travel

Nice to haves:

  • Experience using marketing automation, specifically Marketo and Salesforce

  • Experience in data management or fraud management industries
