Position Summary

This position is part of the Consumer Marketing Segments Organization in Brazil, reporting to the Consumer Marketing Director. Individual will be responsible for supporting all initiatives addressed to the Mass Consumer Segment programs.

Major Accountabilities

Interact with the whole Marketing Team on a Local, Regional and Global Basis.

Interact with Products Teams.

Manage Mass Marketing budget.

Manage agencies.

oMarketing Campaigns aiming at increasing the enrollment and usage of the platform;

oEvaluate needed enhancements and build business requirements;

oManage Program metrics.

Mass Segment:

oIndividual will manage the Mass Segment Communication Initiatives , being responsible for the planning and execution of B2C and B2B2C Marketing Campaigns.

oManage metrics.

Required Skills

Analytical marketing experience - ability to convert data points into information for action, generating ROI on initiatives

Customer Focused - understand customer needs, identify business opportunities and execute with excellence, managing results

Ability to negotiate solutions that leave all parties satisfied and the business outcome will be mutually beneficial

Solutions Oriented and Results Driven

Creative thinker with a desire and tenacity to test innovative marketing solutions

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration , Marketing or Publicity

Fluent English

Spanish is a plus
