The Issuer Marketing Team Segment is responsible for spreading out this mission among our customers by:
Supporting the Account Team - responsible for issuers, acquirers and key merchants - to identify and deliver initiatives that will bring more revenue and add value to customers during the entire lifecycle. Some Examples: Launching of New Products, Acquisition, Activation & Usage, Retention Campaigns, Up-Grades and Cross-Sell initiatives, Support to New Pitches
Developing different types of marketing projects:
Umbrella ï institutional projects aiming to support all issuers
Strategic ï based on knowledge and best practices sharing to support all issuers
Customized Initiatives ï to address any specific issue not solved by umbrella and strategic projects
The development and implementation of these types of initiatives allows MasterCard to gain preference in front of our customers.
The intern will support the Issuer Marketing team in some, but not limited to the following:
Help the area in the development and implementation of projects;
Develop relations with other functional areas, particularly the internal customers from Sales, Products and Advisors;
Prepare presentations according to instructions received;
Organize presentation files and physical documents;
Manage financial controls with marketing agencies
Develop reports, data and to assist the manager with operational tasks related to the area
Experience & Skills Required:
Building relationships and being a team player with hands-on attitude;
Ability to understand and execute on key operational aspects, and attention to details;
Problem solving, analytics, and business sense;
Previous experience is a plus;
Inter-personal and communication skills (English/ Portuguese is a must , written and oral communication skills, Spanish is a plus);
Bachelor's Degree in middle stages (third year).
