Job Title

Marketing Manager - Spanish Caribbean


Define (with support from manager) and executes local (Consumer and Partner) Marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions, sponsorships, market research, etc., aligned with business priorities and delivering against company objectives

Develops metrics and specifications to track program performance, measures program performance, and makes recommendations based on results

Develops creative content for application in marketing strategies, including thought leadership content and communication of subject matter expertise internally and externally (with partners), partnering with Division/Regional team when necessary

Maintains budgetary responsibilities for specific marketing programs, leads tracking and recommends corrective actions

Uses deep understanding of category and ecosystem relationship to advice on how insights can or should be applied, plus influencing our agenda with partners

Provides direction and coordinates deliverables with vendors (e.g., agencies, film production, etc.)


Demonstrated success in building integrated marketing plans that leveraged synergies between marketing channels

Demonstrated ability in establishing collaborative relationships with global Marketing counterparts and representing the voice of the local market

Experience working in multiple areas of the Marketing function (Consumer, B2B Marketing)

Led planning and execution of complex cross-functional projects

Demonstrated success in delivering results on multiple projects, setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with external stakeholders at the local level
