As part of the North America Services organization, the CyberSecurity and Identity Solutions team is focused on reducing fraud, increasing transaction approval and reducing friction during payment and non-payment commerce experiences.

The candidate will serve as a market manager for a suite of products that cover behavioral biometrics and artificial intelligence technology:

NuData harnesses the power of behavioral and biometric analysis to empower its clients to predict fraud and verify the user behind the device. This allows clients to predict fraud before a critical decision, reduce customer insult, and investigate bad actors efficiently.

Brighterion has innovative cross channel artificial intelligence / machine learning solutions allowing clients real-time decision making with fewer false positives in areas such as: fraud, AML / KYC, healthcare, and homeland security. NuData and Brighterion push the boundaries of innovation with a culture focused on delivering the results our clients expect and deserve.

As part of the role, the candidate will collaborate with internal partners within the North America region and at the global level to lead the launch and expand use of Mastercard€™s industry-leading security. The candidate will also ensure the products they manage are successful through all phases of the lifecycle €“ create, sell, deliver and run. The initial focus of the candidate will become a though leader on the solutions, develop the necessary documents to drive adoption and support the sales team as a subject matter expert.

Role

The three primary areas of responsibility include: (1) Market Management, (2) Go-To-Market and (3) ensuring the ongoing evolution and success of the products they manage.

Market Management

Monitor and manage the annual revenue budget established for the product suite.

Serve as product €˜ambassador€™ by driving thought leadership agenda - articulating strategy, innovation roadmap and value proposition in industry, customer and internal forums.

Capture market needs by leveraging data insights, voice of the customer and monitoring market conditions.

Develop and maintain ongoing assessment of competitive landscape to inform sales strategy and future product roadmap.

Provide deep analysis of trends and in-market existing conditions for current and new products.

Go-to-Market

Responsible for launching, expanding use and optimizing Mastercard€™s identity solutions across the North America region

Work closely with sales teams to develop and manage pipeline for new and existing identity solutions.

Enable sales teams with content and training required to execute product and market sales objectives.

Serve as identity solution expert and support advanced sales opportunities as-needed.

Ongoing Management

Develop next gen market strategy for security solutions and lead corresponding execution of product go-to-market plans.

Work with regional product and sales teams on opportunities to uniquely package services for specific customer segments.

All about you

Experience working with both large and emerging Financial Services, Technology, Service Providers, Processors, and/or digital platform partners.

AI experience desired.

Real world experience in the security, finance, or e-commerce industries working in fraud, risk, or infosec for technology first company is preferred.

Strong technical architectural understanding of mobile and web products.

Ability to think strategically about complex issues, driving thoughtful recommendations and action plans.

Ability to work autonomously or in a team and within ambiguous, constantly-evolving environments.

Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to interact with, build consensus and influence across a variety of internal and external business partners at all levels of leadership.

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Highly motivated, self-starter with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment.

Proven track record of executing on opportunity identification.

Services/Payments industry a plus.

Bachelor€™s degree required, Advanced degree or MBA a plus.

Position requires up to 15% travel.
