Manager, Product Management

Overview

As part of the global Merchant Loyalty organization, the Manager, Product Development will support constituencies inside and outside Mastercard towards the design, development, and delivery of card-linked merchant offer capabilities that power the Personalized Card Linked Offers and Travel Rewards products. Available across hundreds of publishers across the globe and including high value campaigns from hundreds of advertisers, this powerful network provides value to hundreds of millions of eligible consumers.

Role

• In support of region and market product management counterparts, work directly with engineering teams and global product management leadership to prioritize technology focus areas, execute product vision, and optimize processes.

• Ensure product/platform development is aligned with product strategy and exhibits strong platform health.

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize business cases for new business and product opportunities, and build business models to extend Mastercard's footprint and enhance competitiveness.

• Act as an expert, advocate, and champion for designated products to internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage work items and resources using software development lifecycle and other tools.

• Develop, maintain, and extend product artifacts, including documentation, release notes, sales material, and roadmaps.

About You

• Position requires a bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, and relevant experience.

• Candidate should have a good balance of product management technical and soft skills.

• Candidate should be able to work on multiple, diverse tasks, with ability to set and manage priorities and communicate effectively both horizontally and vertically within a large organization.
