Sr. Specialist- Product Development and Innovation


The Technology Risk & Operations (TRO) Technical Development team is looking for Sr Analyst - Product Development and Innovation to support end-to-end development delivery and management of strategic products and solutions that fuel innovation across LFI, Mastercard and the payments ecosystem.

This candidate will be responsible for the management of projects and facilitation of partnerships with TECH while working collaboratively with global and regional teams to lead high-priority projects. Responsibilities will include driving implementation plans, working closely with business partners on to define requirements, business case development, documentation for internal/external stakeholders, and creation of go-to-market plans. This candidate will initially partner with our Privacy, Commercialization, C&I & PAE teams to drive scale & deliver efficiencies


• Responsible for day-to-day development, deployment, management, technology strategy and partnering with business owners to ensure accurate roadmap and pipelines for high-visibility strategic projects

• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships

• Coordinate & manage steerco, and other ongoing project related meetings

• Collaborate cross functionally to drive business transformation within Mastercard and our payments partners

• Analyze program performance and develop KPIs and dashboards for internal and external use

• Manage launches, track results, and identify future enhancements

• Comfortable with ambiguity with a passion for problem solving

• Always thinking about the customer experience

• Experience optimizing processes and procedures while leveraging outside in thinking to improve user experience

• Strong execution skills, able to get things done through collaboration and influencing others

• Robust analytical skills with ability to develop and understand a business case including cost and revenue impacts

• Keen project management and prioritization skills are required

• Understanding of go-to-market considerations

• Experience working with OneTrust or HighQ is a plus

• Ability to interact with various levels of leadership across a global organization

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
