Job Title

Manager, Sales Operations, Open Banking


The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for providing logistical and tactical support to a national sales team during the sales cycle. Additionally, the position is responsible for ensuring the ongoing progression of all sales activity from lead generation to contract close to client onboarding. The successful candidate will establish cross departmental relationships making certain that Sales has access to the most accurate, updated and relevant product, marketing, operations, and process information needed to facilitate the successful close of new deals. This position will require a holistic perspective to ensure Mastercard Open Banking products and services are positioned accurately and favorably.

Role :

Participate in internal business planning activities to include pipeline reviews, weekly and monthly reporting, and annual operating planning.

Ensure all sales related deliverables are tracked and coordinated with appropriate department owners to closure.

Implement and maintain data and reporting in the CRM tool and ensure the Sales team is maximizing use of it.

Evaluate new partnership opportunities in coordination with Sales, manage prospect lists, and assign leads.

Manage requests and work with Marketing to deliver sales collateral and outbound campaigns.

Manage team of Onboarding Specialists and adapt and develop processes that deliver continual onboarding improvement.

Support RFP response delivery.

Multi-tasking and communication skills to develop, organize, facilitate, coordinate and execute actions across the organization.

Deep experience with SalesForce.

Proven track record of successful pipeline evaluation and planning across multiple sales teams.

Process driven mindset, informed by sales needs and organizational practices.

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop strong relationships with remote and in-person colleagues.

Ability to partner with and influence internal teams to gain support, and establish a solid working relationship with senior management, Sales staff, and peers.
