Manager, Product Management, Credit Report Agency
About the role
As the Credit Report Agency Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing projects and integrations regarding credit reporting. You will build and articulate an inspiring product vision with Finicity’s Lend product. You will work closely with key stakeholders within Finicity that rely on CRA to reduce risk and provide clarity to our end customers.
What you’ll do
Drive product direction of Finicity’s CRA :
Coordinate with the business to outline, build and maintain projects related to CRA
Communicate timelines, expectations, expenses, and long term plans with stakeholders
Establish a strategy for sustainable API expansion, versioning, and deprecation
Conduct developer research to influence and support product strategy
Prioritize and manage the product sprints and backlog
Prepare product and maintain product documentation
Provide leadership for client onboarding regarding CRA
Ensure responsive client support for payroll data access
Cultivate Awareness of Finicity’s data access in the industry
Coordinate with business development on the development of payroll processor connections
Develop resources to grow industry awareness and best practices for consumer access to payroll data
What you'll need to be successful:
3+ years of experience in an API-focused role, including prior successes in:
Driving collaboration across engineering, analytics, and other key stakeholders
Solid understanding of Credit Reporting rules and FCRA regulations
Managing technical products in a startup environment
Delivering results in a fast-paced, agile environment
Demonstrated experience disputes, documentation,
Proven leadership managing and communicating a product roadmap
