VP Program Manager, Identity Data Strategy

Overview

Mastercard’s Cyber & Intelligence Solutions organization develops and delivers world-class security products and services for partners across the globe. As part of this organization, the Identity Solutions team leads the development and delivery of innovative identity products that enable simple and secure digital experiences for consumers.

We are looking for a program management leader to drive initiatives that will prepare Mastercard to build a global business around new fraud-predictive uses of identity data.

Role

In this role you will:

• Lead a cross-functional team comprised of product, data privacy, data strategy, software development, information security and other teams to deliver on the technical, operational, and legal requirements needed to ensure compliance with an evolving regulatory and compliance landscape around the globe

• Develop and drive a governance model for ensuring new products and other initiatives are using identity data legally and in conjunction with the Mastercard Data Responsibility Principles

• Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of the compliance programs

• Help the team avoid organizational roadblocks and work through when they’re encountered

• Strong leader with ability to influence cross-functional teams outside your defined reporting structure

• Understanding of data usage, data strategy, compliance, and software development issues and practices

• Knowledge of the evolving global regulatory landscape as it applies to the usage of identity data

• Demonstrated experience breaking down problems and organizing work

• Program management experience

• Strong organizational and communications skills

• Ability to follow through on long-term initiatives

• Successful track record engaging with senior executives within your organization

• Experience in data management or data governance preferred
