Vice President, Product Management

The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

Within the Data & Services organization, Marketing Services places Mastercard at the heart of our customer’s b2c and b2b marketing strategies. We help our customers acquire, engage, and retain customers with end-to-end digital marketing services differentiated by our global marketing expertise, data and technology advantage, global network of preferred partners, and Mastercard brand assets.

The Vice President, Global Product Management, will focus on managing existing Marketing Services global products and platforms and work closely with regional partners to engage with customers to effectively address business needs. The VP will manage strategic initiatives that drive acquisition, activation and spend optimization, and develop new solutions to address emerging segments or consumers.

defining products and product evolution, go-to-market strategy, optimizing products, implementing product improvements within the product’s life cycle, monitoring performance, conducting ongoing care and maintenance, and contributing to management of the P&L.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product constructs, roadmaps, customer experience and go-to-market strategies, keeping in mind regional differences and needs

• Enhance value proposition for existing products, keeping in mind competitive landscape, customer needs, Mastercard differentiation and business impact

• Work closely with engineering and other global partners to determine technology needs and guide to most effective path to scale

• Create and adapt products for priority customer segments – Financial Institutions, Fintechs, Merchants, Small Business, Government

• Foster internal partnerships to address opportunities and challenges across the product line

• Drive the development of value-based pricing models and product constructs

• Create and leverage networks across broader MA organization to embedding Marketing Services into strategic initiatives such as product launches

• Identify learnings across regions and productize best practices globally

• Set KPIs, monitor reporting and product P&L

• Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory and data privacy requirements for all initiatives

All About You

• Experienced product manager, with proven track record defining and executing product launches

• Deep expertise in Digital Marketing and Martech products and platforms

• Strong business and analytical acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, with deep understanding of payments

• Excellent communications, presentation and relationship management skills

• Strong collaborator comfortable advancing projects across region and functions, managing diverse audiences

• Curious and self-motivated; acts with a sense of urgency and thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

• Some international travel expected
