SUMMARY/OVERVIEW:

The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides payments-focused consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally. This Product Management role focuses on the creation and management of product Go To Market Strategies for Program Management and Redemption products for our global clients. The ideal candidate would have a background in consumer rewards or program management with experience building (or using) products that optimize sales and build better client value:.

• Manager, Product Management, Global Rewards is responsible for the go to market strategy and commercialization of key rewards products

Major Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the develop and communicate product vision, roadmap, and pricing strategies

• Develop business cases for funding for significant platform enhancements.

• Analyzing market trends, dynamics, and competition in order to inform product and go-to-market strategies

• Support Go to Market strategies and work with various regions to ensure seamless delivery

• Participate in Vendor management including regular strategy discussions, quarterly business reviews and providing updates to key internal stakeholders

• Work collaboratively with development resources to deliver on product vision and roadmap

• Develop and communicate strategies globally to Account Management teams

All About You

• Bachelor’s degree required, work within Loyalty and/or Digital Marketing preferred

• Solid working knowledge of the loyalty and payments industry and its eco-system

• Analytically curious to uncover data driven insights

• Strong Business Acumen and entrepreneurial mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional environment

• A strong track record of delivery high-quality products and user experiences on time and on budget

COVID-19 Considerations
