Job Title

Sr. Analyst, Account Management, North American Markets

Overview:

Support Specialty Team with the account management of several co-brand portfolios for a large, key issuer within North America.

Role:

­ Work with VP to understand the customer’s business and market strategies to deliver against sales/net revenue targets for Mastercard products/services

­ Collaboratively ideate and help to deliver strategic development opportunities that will drive Mastercard incremental revenue growth and enhance mutual profitability.

­ Develop business plans and approaches leveraging appropriate account and market intelligence and take responsibility for the successful implementation of those plans

­ Provide analytics and insights, including benchmarks to drive Quarterly Business Reviews with the bank and their cobrand partner portfolios

­ Develop and build effective partnership relationships across many internal Mastercard business units including Marketing, Data & Services, Product Architects, TAM, Product, Legal, Compliance, Security, etc. in order to optimized cross-functional alignment and ensure maximum support for the customer, as well as efficient problem-solving for both the customer and their cobrand partners, as needed.

­ Some ad hoc travel may be required if/when post-COVID return-to-office norms return, and customer and/or cobrand partners request it

­ Ability to build consensus across cross-functional units, leadership levels, external partners and customer

­ Results-oriented with the ability to perform in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

­ Excellent verbal and written communication as well as project management skills

­ Knowledge of the Financial Services and Cards/Payments industry, with some level of exposure to Consumer Products. Co-brand industry experienced preferred.

­ Customer focus and performance orientation. Assumes accountability and responsibility.
