Overview

The Sourcing & Supplier Management organization is working to establish a supply chain that is a competitive advantage for Mastercard

We create and maximize shareholder value by managing our global supply chain, with an emphasis on risk, cost, performance, diversity, and innovation.

Role

Global thought leader, who is responsible for leading the Sourcing & Supplier Management organization through large scale transformation.

Establishes and develops a highly skilled and talented team, conducts goal setting, leads performance appraisal processes, coaches and develops all members of their team

Has deep understanding of supply chain principles and provides leadership with expertise on market conditions, industry trends, product knowledge and emerging supply options

Establishes relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers and partners

Ensure the team and the broader Mastercard organization is focusing on continuous improvement, leveraging best practices, developing our team, and driving bottom line impact
