Overview

The Integrated Marketing & Communications function is looking for an SVP, Brand Strategy & Multi-sensory design to evolve and and execute our ‘One Mastercard Brand’ approach. The ideal candidate has deep experience and specialism in creative disciplines and a track record of developing powerful and impactful marketing programs with stand-out creative execution.

Role

• You will serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert for multi-sensory branding and design (sonic, visual, etc) across all (B2C, B2B, B2G and B2E) enterprise touchpoints.

• Lead development of our brand strategy and brand architecture to support growth across new and emerging business priorities.

• Partner and align with IMC (Integrated Marketing and Communications) leadership to lead the global roll out of the brand’s multi-sensory strategy and design approach across existing and newly acquired businesses.

• Oversee the evolution and innovation of our design system with a hands on approach to problem solving. Develop and communicate the brand vision for all across payment and non-payment environments.

• Engage partner agencies to help shape the culture, expectations, and goals of our partnerships, ensuring we build strong agency relationships that deliver great results.
