Senior Analyst, Global Product Management (Credit Risk), Targeting Analytics
Job Description Summary
Overview
Targeting Analytics drives AI based solutions and products at a globally scalable level across the different customer lifecycle stages, credit risk management and strategic analytics.
Credit Risk management area serves as a key differentiator to optimize and grow revenue from consumers and small businesses for Mastercard. This role is for a Senior Analyst that will work across regional Product. Client Services & Delivery, Data & Engineering and the broader O&T teams. to deliver best in class AI/ML solutions leveraging rich data resources, AI platform capabilities and near real-time execution.
This role will report into Vice President of Product Management (Credit Risk).
Major Accountabilities:
•
• Drive quantitative applications of AI/ML algorithms for business solutioning, partnering with Data & Engineering & O&T teams
• Solicit input from customer teams, customers and third parties regarding development of new solutions and possible enhancements of product offerings
• Compile market research and support opportunity assessments on new concepts and ideas • Development of business cases and requirements for new solutions
• Participate in bringing solutions to market
• Interface with customer relationship managers to test concepts and monitor issuer pilots
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative discipline viz. Computer Science/Engg, Mathematics, Physics
Knowledge / Experience: Related work experience, preferably in financial services especially in Credit Risk area is preferred • Data Scientist experience involving Big data platforms with AI/ML applications
Skills/ Abilities: • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills • Ability to manage work on several projects concurrently • Strong analytical skills. Detail oriented focus • Business Acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to the customer and MasterCard • Self motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team Work Conditions: • General office environment
