Overview

The Data & Services Loyalty team is looking for a Manager, Product Management to manage the Mastercard Portal product. This role will oversee the product roadmap, requirements and GTM initiatives. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, passionate about creating the best customer experience, highly motivated, can operate in a fast-paced environment, and possesses an agile mindset.

You are responsible to:

• Lead product management activities to drive excellence in product development, delivery and run phase

• Manage product roadmap that reflects product priorities and enhancements that are aligned with business objectives, customer needs and market demands

• Engage in customer meetings, setting expectations and working to ensure all parties are aligned

• Liaise with regional partners to identify revenue growth opportunities for the product and manage sales pipeline

• Partner with our co-product leads to ensure clear roles and responsibilities, alignment on deliverables, and ensure all deliverables are executed within agreed upon timelines

• Assist in establishing, monitoring, and reporting on product KPIs

• Update and enhance GTM materials

• Maintain operational excellence as it relates to billing, delivery, product information, training, etc.

• Provide competitive landscape, trends, consumer insights, research, and end-to-end program analytics

• Lead testing initiatives including the management of data and content

All About You:

• Strong project management skills to ensure multiple workstreams are on track and delivered

• Ability to consolidate product feedback and input into clearly articulated product requirements

• Strong communication skills for expectation and cross-functional team alignment

• Excellent writing skills: experience with creating training materials, presentations, product guides, API documentation, etc. that are clear, succinct, and effective

• Able to navigate conversations that are both technical and business oriented

• High degree of expertise in digital enablement, APIs, technical solutions, and experience with technical documentation and interacting with technical teams

• Ability to pivot quickly as organizational needs and digital trends evolve

• Ability to work with and learn technical platforms and interfaces to track work and build product demos

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, to problem solve and get answers to challenging questions

• Strong customer relationship building and management skills that results in meeting and managing the demands of our internal and external customers.

• Demonstrated success building relationships and delivering results with global, multi-cultural and remote cross-functional project teams

• Self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment; ability to multitask, managing many workstreams at once and adjust to evolving responsibilities

• Understanding of customer value propositions, specifically in the payments card industry

• Familiarity with card features, such as benefits, insurances, rewards and offers

• Ability to empathize with cardholder and champion the best user experience

• Comfortable to travel

• Bachelor’s degree

Westchester County Salary Range: $118,000 - $183,000
