Manager, Optimization & Enablement, Global Small Business
The Global Small Business Enablement & Partnership team is responsible for:
Leveraging Mastercard assets and small business insights to create innovative solutions and services that deliver a flawless holistic customer experience
Scale our go-to-market efforts by empowering the regional small business teams to win & execute more business and grow
Expanding and optimizing the current business and reaching underpenetrated opportunities, product lines, and markets to drive profitable share
As Manager, Global Small Business Optimization & Bundles you will lead initiatives focused on driving the growth and development of Small Business segment programs globally.

As a key member of the global small business product management team, you will:
Serve as the Small Business Optimization lead with the focus of identification of underpenetrated programs
Work with Product Development and Regional teams on new Small Business Bundle & research in particular Issuing & Acquiring, Small Business Affluent and Optimization.
Regional Adoption and roll out
Accelerate growth by managing and expending the distribution channels
Aligning across core products ensuring Small business enabled and included in all consumer focused initiatives
Your responsibilities will include:
Execution of the global small business optimization & bundle strategy and serve as main point of contact for key stakeholders
Ensure go-to-market strategy and objectives are met , and provides training, material development, and product expertise for sales and RFP support
Drive product management discipline including: managing the product value proposition, analyzing product economics and development of portfolio optimization tools
Review and recommend of product enablement enhancements, integrating and embedding MA assets to drive differentiation and innovation
Development of internal knowledge documents such as case studies and industry best practices
All About You:
Experience reviewing data reports and developing preliminary product adjustment recommendations
Experience managing a product or project budget
Demonstrated consistent success working with partners across other functions in support of product go-to-market strategies
Strong communicator and story teller, ensuring delivery of our segment strategy is relevant and well received
Self-motivated and good team player
Ability to get things done collaboratively
Demonstrated success building relationships and delivering results
Strong analytical skills with ability to drive deep product insights from data
