Manager, Global Credit Products

Overview

Mastercard is looking for an agile team player to help project manage, design, shape, and drive product capabilities for the Credit products. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a solid track record, who feel passionate about payments as well as developing innovative solutions.

Reporting to SVP, Digital Transformation, and this person will work closely with the Credit team and relevant stakeholders to assess program and/or product objectives, and implement an effective plan and strategy for delivery. Depending on the project, the Digital Transformation manager will play one of the following roles:

Roles:

Project manager: point person in charge of a specific project or projects; resourcing, scope, risk and profitability of projects as needed

Special projects: project work can vary, but may include managing internal and client expectations, data analysis, and leading day to day execution. Project management is an integral part of this role

Manage one or a set of products: manage the planning, forecasting, and production, or marketing of a product or products at all stages of the product lifecycle; liaise to obtain relevant insights to guide projects (i.e. market research).

Product evangelist: be a Credit product evangelist and partner closely with business stakeholders

All About You:

Multi-disciplinary knowledge, i.e. product management, consulting, marketing, business development, etc.

Experience leading projects through all phases of the project/product development lifecycle

Ability to handle multiple partners and projects from initiation to completion

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution and/or project management skills

Understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends, i.e. fintechs, startups

Intermediate technical/operations experience within financial/payments industry

Excellent presentation, oral and written business presentation skills with various levels of audience

Interest in working in a fast pace and evolving environment

Ability to adapt personal work style to accommodate an ever changing, diverse and global environment

Education:

Associate Required or Bachelor's preferred

Travel: 10-15%
