Manager, Franchise, Global Business Enablement
Franchise is core to all Mastercard business: we enable our business by licensing our customers, registering third parties in the payments ecosystem, and creating, modifying, and enforcing rules and standards that govern participation in the system. The Regional Licensing Standards & Business Enablement team manages global licensing processes, reviews and approves card design submissions, ensures co-brand and prepaid programs comply with standards, manage third party registrations.
As a Key member of the Global Business Enablement team you will ensure the integrity of current and future state processes to meet the needs of the evolving ecosystem.
This effort is global, encompasses a broad set of activities across many divisions of MasterCard, and affects all players in the payments environment.
A strong, dynamic leader is required to coordinate and manage all Business Enablement activities.

Responsible for providing global thought leadership and driving process improvements/enhancements around franchise life cycle management to support positive customer experiences and business growth.
Develop process efficiency requirements for implementation to enable strategy roadmaps for global licensing & registration teams
Develop and manage global best practices and processes to standardize and support regional franchise alignment
Generate system reports and data global internal and external audits as well as manage special projects assigned
Create business requirement technical solutions for new Franchise Development process initiatives that enable customer facing automation
Engage with regional teams to ensure activities comply with global standards
Implement system enhancements and provide cross-functional training within Franchise Development
Define scope, plan and drive Franchise Development projects including enhancing cross-functional processes to more effectively support Business as Usual projects
Manage Franchise data integrity with corporate systems
Ensure problems of varying complexity including technical related issues are resolved as needed by coordination with SMEs and to the customer's satisfaction within the established deadlines
Serve as a central point of contact and take time to understand and explore issues, concerns and needs for systems teams and development
Participate in efforts to increases process efficiency and improve program performance using automation and simplification technology.

Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking skills and attention to detail a must
Bachelors degree or applicable experience required
