Manager, Data Insights & Analytics
Integrated Analytics has pioneered a transaction based revenue methodology to inform and guide Mastercards Strategy, Product Design and Innovation within the Products & Innovation business. We build internal analytic partnerships, strengthening their focus on the health of the business, portfolio and revenue optimization opportunities, initiative tracking, new product development and Go-To Market strategies.

Work closely with Mastercard Products & Innovation team around the world to architect, develop, and maintain advanced reporting and data visualization capabilities on large volumes of data in order to support Core analytics and reporting needs of various products, markets and services.
Work with cross functional teams (Products, Finance, Operations and Technologies) in the pursuit of building best in class analytical infrastructure
Effectively use tools to manipulate large-scale databases, synthesizing data insights
Use knowledge of the application of business intelligence tools to provide hands-on support for information product development and custom analytical project delivery that satisfies and retains a global client base.
Translate business requirements into tangible solution specifications and high quality, on time deliverables
Create repeatable processes to support development of modeling and reporting
Apply quality control, data validation, and cleansing processes to new and existing data sources
Support User Acceptance Testing for production applications; comply with all Mastercard internal policies and external regulations
All About You
Experience in data management, data mining, data analytics, data reporting, data product development and quantitative analysis
Financial Institution or a Payments experience a plus
Experience translating business challenges into technical solutions
Experience in implementing (hands-on) technical solutions using statistical and data tools
Advanced SQL coding (can code and willing to code)
Experience with large Financial data sets
Experience in building data models a plus
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo, PowerBI a plus
Experienced in fast-paced environments, consultant experience a plus
Experience with data validation, quality control and cleansing processes to new and existing data sources
Prior experience in website development or requirements gathering for website development is a plus
Bachelors or Masters Degree
Excellent problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills
In depth technical knowledge, drive and ability to learn new technologies
Excellent database skills
Strong attention to detail and quality
Strong understanding of financial data, reporting and analytics.
Team player, excellent communication skills
Must be able to interact with management, internal stakeholders and collect requirements
Must be able to perform in a team, use judgment and operate under ambiguity
Self-motivated, self-starter, strong work ethics, operates with a sense of urgency with a proven track record of innovation and successful delivery
Creative and Innovative know what is going on in the industry from tech, business and regulation perspective. Use external knowledge to contribute in day to day work and problem solving
Experience and ability to easily move between business, analytical, and technical teams and articulate solution requirements for each group
