Job Title

Manager, Business Integration, HR for M&A

Job Overview:

Responsible for Human Resources integration of newly acquired companies into Mastercard.

Activities include project management, HR integration/divestiture planning and implementation from due diligence to integration. This position works closely with HR teams globally, as well as the M&A center of expertise and business executives involved in M&A activity.

Role:

Manage project plans of various HR M&A workstreams, including timeline, customization, timely issue resolution and communication

Developing the HR cost estimate and ongoing management of the budget in collaboration with the cross functional team

Collaborates cross-functionally and globally to ensure smooth transitions for all integration projects, leveraging subject matter expertise.

Analyzes progress of the integrations/divestitures to define action plans and communicate to senior leadership

Monitor compliance to corporate policies and HR procedures

Skills/ Abilities:

Strong excel, analytical, project management and communication skills

Ability to liaise with all levels, manage multiple work streams and guide decision making

Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver HR solutions to the business in M&A
