Director Regulation Technology Project Manager, Transformation, Risk & Operations, Product Development and Innovation
Legal and Franchise Integritys Transformation, Risk and Operations team is responsible for ensuring our internal and external partners can support Mastercards future businesses and emerging technologies. We are seeking a Regulation Tech or Legal Tech expert to help us build an easy, simple customer experience on a scalable, flexible infrastructure.

A strong, dynamic Regulation Tech or Legal Tech Project Manager is required to manage the governance, management, and communications process for the TRO team across LFI. Responsibilities include developing project plans and reporting to support the One LFI Technology strategy

The Project Manager, Transformation, Risk and Operations Product Development team will:
Work cross-functionally across all of Law, Franchise and Integrity leadership to drive business prioritization and governance for ONE LFI technology agenda
Create cross partnership relationships with a deep understanding of all strategies insure ONE LFI development is successful
Manage business communication channels for ONE LFI technology
Gain proficiency of all the underlying programs, processes and technology
Work with the technology team to understand and recommend new technologies to accomplish pipeline development
Develop, deliver and maintain robust project management documentation

Ability to quickly engage and influence business and technical partners
Ability to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships at all functional levels
Effectively collaborate in a team environment
Demonstrated creative and innovative problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in Agile development methodology
Proven ability to execute, drive for results and work independently in a self-directed manner while operating in a team environment, and navigating competing prioritiesurgency, agility and flexibility are key!
Proven track record of creating effective organized project frameworks for extra-large company initiatives and managing programs through KPIs
Strong cross-functional team leadership (internal and external) and excellent communication skills ( written and verbal)
