Director, Products & Innovation Strategy
The mission of the Products & Innovation (P&I) Strategy team is to support the Chief Product Officer (CPO) in strategy development and business operations across Mastercards P&I Business Lines. In addition, the team seeks to create efficiencies, improve alignment and facilitate change.

The Director, Products & Innovation Strategy is responsible for development of organization long-range and strategic plans, as well as the identification of organization strengths and weaknesses and business opportunities; this includes formulating, implementing and evaluating business plans
Assists leadership in identifying key issues, defining problem structures, evaluating options; and formulates underlying action plans to begin developing solutions
Leads projects or work streams related to refine corporate growth and targets; develops presentations, generates research insights, undertakes complex analysis (including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats analyses) and guides others to finalize solutions
Contributes content and research insights to aid strategy leaders in advancing their solutions and works to ensure alignment with corporate strategy
Analyzes market trends, dynamics, and competition in order to inform product strategies
Interface with Products & Innovation executives and their teams to gather data, advance strategy development and execution plans
All About You
Experience implementing corporate strategic initiatives and/or business plans
Extensive experience evaluating complex strategic initiatives, facilitating, influencing and contributing to design and advancement
Success drawing insights from a broad range of industries and/or markets and reflecting them into solutions and strategies
Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior management and business partners
Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
Knowledge of financial services and/or payment industry preferred
Ability to travel periodically
