Director, Product Management
The Global Optimization team seeks to accelerate growth in digital commerce. We collaborate with product, marketing and consulting colleagues with target customers in key countries. Consumers are making digital purchases across a wide range of channels/devices every day. Mastercard is deploying Click to Pay to make online checkout simple and secure. The Director will have responsibility for leading Click to Pay spend activation and usage initiatives. By using analytical thinking, strategic storytelling and cross-functional leadership skills, the Director will drive immediate and longer-term impact.

o Contribute to the Click to Pay Go-To-Market team with a focus on scaling activation & usage with key issuers, merchants and/or acceptance partners.
o Drive initiatives collaborating with market teams and cross-functional partners including Product & Engineering, Data & Services, Marketing, and Finance.
o Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend best practices for optimization.
o Monitor results, prepare executive reports, & conduct business reviews with internal & external clients. Develop case studies & share best practices globally.
o Author and develop thought leadership and customer focused sales materials.
o Lead communication, training and employee engagement activities.
All About You
o Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred.
o Experience with proven track record in product management, product marketing or consulting leading initiatives from strategic planning through tactical execution.
o Solid quantitative analysis skills and financial acumen with track record of translating data into compelling insights, market assessments, and funded business cases.
o Extensive project management & problem-solving skills with a record of success managing multiple projects with external & internal clients simultaneously.
o Strong knowledge of digital commerce: consumer needs/behaviors, industry trends like AI, digital marketing trends, and pain points for Issuers, Merchants, Acquirers &/or Payment Facilitators.
o Advanced Microsoft Excel, Pivot table/macros, Powerpoint, Thinkcell
o Self-starter and team player.
o Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
o Forward thinking, creative problem solver with business acumen to drive positive results and innovative product conceptualization.
o Global mindset with international experience and/or multi-lingual capabilities a strong plus.
