Director, Prepaid Product Management, Digital Integration
The Product Management team is responsible for:
Leveraging Mastercard assets and consumer insights to create innovative, digitally enabled solutions and services that deliver a flawless consumer experience
Empowering the regional prepaid teams to win more business and grow programs with our customers (banks, retailers, airlines, mobile networks, digital & e-commerce players)
Expanding and optimizing the current business and reaching underpenetrated programs, product lines, and markets to drive profitable share
As Global Director, Prepaid Digital Product Management you will lead the transformation of the existing prepaid business into a digitized form which sets a new standard for the industry.

As a key member of the global prepaid product management team, you will:
Drive implementation of a digital strategy for the Global Prepaid business.
Lead the digitization of existing prepaid verticals: consumer, commercial and new consumer; either through UX best practice or product solutions aligned appropriately to the environment/use of the product.
Lead the creation of a new business for prepaid in the internet of things.
Work with the Group SVP to drive enhanced digital capabilities of the prepaid product management team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Establish clear vision and execution guidelines for what digital by default means for prepaid. Influence product, sales, internal & external partners towards industry leading execution.
Drive product management discipline including: managing the product value proposition, analyzing product economics, developing consumer engagement & portfolio optimization tools
Leverage and enhance the CX Index to drive unparalleled thought leadership in digital consumer experience
Understand competitive landscape
Establish clear product roadmaps, integrating and embedding MA assets to drive differentiation and innovation
Leverage data analytics and external sources to identify and capitalize underpenetrated programs, product lines and capture untapped spend opportunities
Develop sales enablement material, provides training and product expertise for sales and RFP support.
Lead cross functional interaction with teams relevant to our digital agenda, acting as a primary point of contact for prepaid product management.
Act as a spokesperson for Mastercard prepaid in the industry
All About You
B.A. required, MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred
Experience translating strategies into product launches and implementation plan in multiple markets
Excellent communicator and story teller, to ensure our message is relevant and well received
Strong analytical skills with ability to drive deep product insights from data (transactional as well as research)
Self-motivated and good team player
Ability to get things done collaboratively
