Mastercard’s Cyber & Intelligence Solutions organization develops & delivers world-class security products & services for customers across the globe. At NuData, we offer a real-time product that analyzes user activity to detect & mitigate industrial-scale attacks from hackers on user logins, account creation, purchases & other transactional placements. We solve real world security challenges & mitigate threats for some of the largest technology, eCommerce, & financial institutions in the world, including members in the top 5 of the Fortune 500.

Job Title:

The Market Delivery & Development position plays a significant role in directing the business strategies for Mastercard NuData across the organization & regions. The individual will work with sales, product, marketing, legal, stakeholders outside of the NuData business line & customer solutions -Customer support, Customer success.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a technical capacity while focusing on business outcomes within a sales & subject matter expert function. You'll bring in technical & industry experience to help our sales team win deals, be the Digital Devices & IoT NuData subject matter expert for the region & drive further adoption with existing clients.

Job Responsibilities

This is a permanent, full-time position, with up to 30% of regional travel required, when applicable. The position is based in North America.

Business Development: Work closely with the regional Mastercard Sales Leads to provide technical & subject matter expertise during the sales process including:

o delivering technical & sales presentations

o assists the sales team with determining product fit

o work with prospective clients & the Mastercard Sales team to gather & understand technical requirements during the sales process.

o providing consultative services throughout the customer journey in support of Customer Success & Support teams

Market: Supports Product Management at the Global, Regional & Local teams in defining & understanding regional, local market & defining market needs: problems, distinctive competence, competitive landscape, & technology assessment

o supports Product Management & Product Marketing by communicating in region & local new assets, partnerships, or functionality for the region.

o provides Market intelligence & requirements from the regions back to the Global NuData Product Management & Product Marketing group to ensure the regional voice is heard while driving change to increase sales execution

o elicits industry feedback to identify new opportunities & steer product strategy

o develops, reviews & report on strategy & objectives & ensures alignment across the region & applicable stakeholders

o explores regional new verticals & opportunities where we may have uncharted territories to partner with additional clients.

o participates in cross-collaboration across the wider Cyber & Intelligence Solutions vertical.

Business: Global, Regional, Local support of GTM strategy & Business Plan, Partner Management Program support & leadership

o support cross-product strategic initiatives that help execute on global strategic priorities

o contributes to large cross-functional projects by developing presentations, conducting research, & executing complex analysis

Programs: Global & Regional support of Product GTM & Marketing Plan, support revenue growth expectation definition, support revenue retention-input & thought leadership in support of existing customers & partners, supports sales opportunities for direct sales or partner engagements throughout the client buying process, nurtures partner & client relationships based on type of client program.

o supports the design, development, & management of the GTM & annual Sales & KPI setting process for the assigned region

o act as Champion managing various stakeholders across assigned regions & global partners

o collaborates across cross-functional business partners -internal & external

o support Industry Analyst conversations & responses.

Enablement: Supports regional sales alignment, content creation, sales tools, channel & partner training

o oversees local training, processes, feedback & assists with generating best practices around the use of the platform.

o provides SME support & knowledge transfer throughout the sales cycle, qualifying use cases & advancing customer conversation

o provides market insights & knowledge to help sales align their selling process to the way the market wants to buy.

o ensure relevant content & collateral is created to be used for regional go-to-market channels.

Support: Industry & Product Knowledge support to the organization

o represents the voice of the customer; Ensure the company provides client-minded products & services that meet the needs expressed by the markets

o provides insights & support for Product Dev. & Marketing initiatives, GTM & Marketing Plan alignment, creation & execution

o provides insights & collateral to support operations groups, business development, channel partners & marketing events such as conferences, roundtables, trade shows & webinars.

o act as a bridge between the business & CSM teams, Product Marketing, Product Management, Business Development & Legal

All About You

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with different levels of staff, prospects, customers including internal and external stakeholders C-level and above.

• Influential & passionately focused on customer success

• Real-world experience with SaaS based web, mobile identity validation & verification, fraud, risk, or payment platforms.

• Ability to quickly adapt to a client situation to capitalize on an opportunity to drive a sale.

• High level of knowledge & understanding of web applications - multi-tier web apps, databases, cookies session, HTTP get-post, RESTful API calls, web sessions, JavaScript, XML.

Assets

• Experience in Market Development & Strategy Definition

• Experience in Risk & Fraud Management, Security, Finance, or e-commerce industries

• Relationship Management or Technical Business Development Experience

• Understanding of SaaS based technologies

• Proficiency in any languages relevant to the region: i.e English, Spanish

• CFE or other related certifications a plus
